The NGI0 Fediversity fund would definitely make sense for a few-week project to add Linux support to Celbridge. I expect that would get us most of the way to Mac & Raspberry Pi support as well.
Not so sure about localization. We’re already using localized strings, all we’re missing is the actual translations. I wouldn’t actually translate anything though until we’re at v1.0 because the strings are being updated constantly. I’m sure there’s lots of other useful projects we could apply for though, e.g. adding LSP & debugger support for Python.
Looks like we can also get support from NGI0 for accessibility, community building and mentoring, copyright and license due diligence, diversity and inclusion, localization, etc.
I submitted an application for the NGI Fediversity fund for a project to port Celbridge to NixOS (a Linux distro focused on reproducible builds). My dream of seeing Celbridge running on a Raspberry Pi may yet come true
